Preparing for DAP 2012!!!

Hey everybody:

Just want to once again thank Chad, Amber, Justice and Olivia for their tremendous talent which proved to make DAP 2011 such a wonderful success!!  We look forward to hearing and experiencing your contributions, musical and social, in Bermuda for years to come.

We are eagerly preparing for DAP 2012 - - keep your eyes open to this blog, as well as our Facebook page - Developing Artists Program - for audition information!  We will be starting really soon - - so ask about the program at your schools, from your music teachers - - we are looking for the following:

Musicians, singers, song writers, producers, engineers, musical theatre performers, triple threats, etc.

Age: 13 - 18

#2 Spot This Week - - Vote, vote, vote!!

This week, "Play Thing" by DAP 2011 was #2 on the TOP 7 at 7 Weekly Countdown on Hott 1075 FM Bermuda.  We were bumped out of the top spot by two other young Bermudian artists with their Hip-hop song, "Paradise."  We need everyone to continue to vote for "Play Thing" on the website - http://www.hott1075bermuda.com - Let's do this!!!  #DAP2011

9/11 Remembrance

On this day of remembrance, we join with our American brothers and sisters to honour the lives lost 10 years ago in the US.  Their loss is felt by millions around the world and we would like to take this opportunity to offer our support, sympathies and prayers - we love you all.  May our heavenly Father comfort you today and always.

2 WEEKS IN A ROW!!!

"Play Thing" by DAP 2011 is the #1 most requested song on HOTT 1075 FM Bermuda for the 2nd week in a row!!  Thanks to our amazing students - Chad Smith, Olivia Oniya, Justice Edness and Amber Douglas for their awesome contribution on the track - amazing guys!!  We are so happy and excited that the community enjoys the song - - please continue to support these young musicians and their song - - Vote, vote and then vote some more!!!

UPDATE - We're Number 1!

This week, "Play Thing" by DAP 2011, was placed in the running for HOTT 1075 FM's Top 7 at 7 Countdown on the Saturday SuperMix Radio Show.  It was competing against 27 other songs including local favorites "Blue Skies" by Jelani and "Good Day" by Ninja Cutty - - international songs included "Stay" by Tyrese, "1+1" by Beyonce and the smash hit "Otis" by Jay Z and Kanye West!?!

"Play Thing" was voted the #1 MOST REQUESTED SONG FOR THE WEEK ON HOTT 1075FM BERMUDA!! This is an amazing accomplishment for our students and a tremendous honour for PlayList Management, LLC.
